Five days in Bali to reconnect to your craft, and expand beyond it.
A wellness and business retreat for women who hold others for a living.
Half of this week is for your body and your craft. The water blessing, the bodywork, the stillness you never give yourself, and the reminder of why you started in the first place.
The other half is for your future. Honest conversations about building a practice that does not depend on your hours, and the new pathways that open when you stop trading all of your time for income. You leave softer in your body and clearer about where you are going.
This is what happens when women who give everything finally gather in one place to be given to. That circle formed in a Bali garden. The next one is forming now.
For years my hands were how I held the world.
Massage, Reiki, space for everyone who walked through my door. I was good at it. I was also running on empty, and quietly afraid of a truth every practitioner knows and rarely says out loud. The day my body stops, everything stops.
It took an injury to make me look at it. The thing I had built my whole life on could be taken from me in a single moment.
So I stopped waiting and built a life that holds me, instead of the other way around. I did not leave the work I love. I expanded it. And everything changed, my body, my freedom, the way I walk into a room.
This retreat is my hand reaching back. For the woman who gives everything and keeps nothing for herself. If you feel the way I felt, you are exactly who I built this for.
Each day moves one layer deeper. Arrive and soften, then the body, then the inner work, then the expansion, then home.
Settle into the villa over a slow lunch as the circle fills. As the light drops, a water blessing to open the container, then cacao and sound healing. A welcome dinner where every woman names what she came for.
A day of giving and receiving. Be worked on by skilled hands, share your own craft with the circle, and remember why you chose this. A styled content session while the room is glowing and bonded, so you leave with imagery for your own work.
Breath and yoga to open. The transformation day, identity, the stories you carry, the real descent. The afternoon is for integration and release. By evening, a fireside circle, the night the room cracks open.
The day we look forward. What a practice can become when it no longer depends on your hours, and the pathways that open beyond the table. Then out into Bali for an adventure, and a celebration dinner to mark it.
A closing ceremony to carry the week forward. A final circle of gratitude where each woman names what she is taking home. Breakfast, and you leave full, in your body and in your vision.
A luxury villa in the Bali hills with private pool, garden and sea views.
Three meals a day, snacks, fresh juices. Nothing to plan, nothing to carry.
A melukat inspired opening, plus cacao ceremony and sound healing.
Be worked on by skilled hands, and share your own craft with the circle, whatever your modality.
Guided self mastery and somatic release, with daily breath and movement.
Vision work on building a practice that no longer depends on your hours.
A day out in Bali to close the week, the reward woven into the work.
A styled photography and film session you carry home for your own brand.
The Unwinding is shaped by women who lead, not just attend.
For the woman who needs to be poured back into, you will be held. For the woman ready to step forward, to share her craft, to find out what she sounds like when she leads a room, there is space for that here too. Across bodywork, breath, movement, and business.
Some come to receive. Some come to rise. Most discover they came for both.
Massage therapists. Bodyworkers. Reiki practitioners. Pilates and yoga teachers. Naturopaths.
The women who hold other people for a living and rarely get held themselves. If you are excellent at your craft and quietly ready for what is next, this was built for you.
This round is by application only. No deposit, no checkout, nothing taken here. Just the start of a conversation.
For the woman ready to reconnect, to be poured into, and to expand beyond the table.
